The Order of the European Lion – Ordo Leonis Europaei (OLE) is an independent non‑profit association dedicated to promoting European values, cultural heritage, and social solidarity.

We combine tradition with philanthropy and commit ourselves to projects that create a positive impact on people and society.

Our Order is founded on the idea that culture, history, and humanitarian engagement reinforce one another. Therefore, we support initiatives that contribute to education, heritage preservation, social development, and humanitarian aid.

Our Structure

The Order is not a membership organisation. There is no open membership and no contributions. The organisation operates through two bodies:

 

The Chapter

The highest authority of the Order. The Chapter determines strategic direction, selects charitable causes, and safeguards the integrity of the organisation.

The Executive Board

Responsible for daily operations, administration, finances, and representation of the association. If necessary, the Order may hire professional staff, such as a director or administrative assistant, to support its operations.

Our Activities

To fulfil our philanthropic mission, the Order organises various activities and initiatives, including:

• sale of distinctions, medals, and symbolic insignia (ONLY IF YOU POSSESS THE CERTIFICATE OF AWARD)

• sale of souvenirs and protocol items such as pins, ties, coins, and flags

• composition of ceremonial packages

• sabrage courses, training, and demonstrations

• ceremonial events, receptions, formal gatherings, and benefit activities
